1. Do you cater?

2. What is a Fin-Addict card?
A Sharky’s Fin-Addict card is our loyalty program card that allows you to earn points with each purchase in addition to learn about special promotions first! We like to reward our Fin-Addicts with exclusive offers, promotions and even double points from time to time. You never know what perk might be next as a valued Sharky’s Fin-Addict. 3. I lost 100 points when I registered my card, why?
Don’t worry, your points have not been lost! We automatically convert your points into Sharky’s Bucks each time you reach 100 points (100 points = $7 in Sharky’s Bucks). Your Sharky’s Bucks will be stored on your card for you to redeem toward any future purchase at participating Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill locations.
4. Why do I need to register my Fin-Addict card?
Your card must be registered in order to receive your awards.
5. I lost my fin-addict card, how can I get a new one?
Not to worry! Please feel free to pick up a new Fin-Addict card at any of our Sharky’s locations. If your previous card was registered you are able to attach the new card to your existing Fin-Addict account by visiting the Fin-Addict page
6. What happens if I forget my card–can I still get credit for that visit?
As of July 1, 2011 our upgraded technology & security system will no longer allow credit for past visits. Remember to present your card or the valid phone number you registered your card under to the cashier when you make a purchase to receive credit.
7. Can I buy gift cards online?
Unfortunately at this time gifts cards are not available for purchase online. However, please feel free to visit any of our locations and pick one up in the store.
8. How can I check my gift card balance?
Visit our Fin-Addict page to check your card balance, transaction history and edit your account information.
9. Do you offer coupons?
We run limited coupons and promotions from time to time. To stay informed sign up for a Fin-Addict Card and opt-in to receive emails regarding promotions we will run in the future.
10. I am a vegan, what can I eat?
We have a couple vegan items that are not found on the menu–the AJ burrito or AJ bowl. The vegan AJ burrito is a combination of organic brown rice, black or pinto beans, steamed broccoli and guacamole wrapped in a low-fat whole wheat tortilla. You can request it as a bowl without the tortilla over a bed of baby greens.
11. I am a vegetarian, what can I eat?
There are many options available including our organic tofu that you may request in any item. Our organic black beans and pinto beans are both meatless and vegetarian friendly.
