Place your order online through our catering site or by calling your local Sharky’s manager directly.

To ensure the freshest ingredients, we request:

  • Standard Orders: At least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Last-Minute Needs: If you’re in a pinch, call your local restaurant! We will do our absolute best to accommodate shorter notices whenever possible.

 

There is no minimum for in-store pickup. For delivery orders, a minimum subtotal (typically $100) is required. 

  • Party Packs: Designed to serve 6 to 8 people.
  • Build-Your-Own Bars: Ideal for groups of 10 or more, providing a fully customizable buffet experience.

Delivery is available on most orders near a Sharky’s restaurant. Please verify delivery by visiting sharkyscatering.olo. com or inquire with the restaurant when placing your order. Delivery fees may vary by order.

Every Sharky’s catering order is “ready to serve” and includes plates, napkins, and utensils at no extra charge.

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations to avoid a fee (typically 25% of the order total).

Yes! We specialize in “Feel Good” food for everyone. Most of our catering packages can be customized online to meet your needs:

  • Customizations: You can easily request to remove specific ingredients (like cheese or sour cream) or ask for items to be served on the side to accommodate different dietary preferences within your group.
  • Vegan & Gluten-Free: Options like our organic tofu, roasted vegetables, and organic beans are clearly labeled. Our Build-Your-Own bars are naturally friendly for GF guests, as most proteins and sides are gluten-free (just swap flour tortillas for corn!).
  • Further Assistance: If you have a severe allergy or require customization beyond what is available online, please call your local Sharky’s manager after placing your order to discuss additional safety measures.

Yes! When placing your order, you will have the ability to choose from a variety of protein options, organic bean options, choice of tortillas, salsas and more. If you have a specific customization request, please contact the restaurant directly.

Currently, you can earn rewards on catering. To claim your credit, simply upload your receipt using the Sharky’s app within 30 days of your purchase.
