1. How does the Fin-Addict Rewards program work? You earn one point for every pre-tax dollar you spend on food and beverage purchases at any participating Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill locations. When you reach 100 points we convert your points into a reward and put $7 in Sharky's Bucks on your card. Your Sharky's bucks can be used towards any future Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill purchase. 2. How can I get a Fin-Addict Rewards card? You can pick up your Fin-Addict card at any Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill location. To find a location near you, click here or under the locations page on the home page. 3. Do I have to register my Fin-Addict Rewards card to use my Sharky's Bucks? Yes, only registered users can redeem rewards, so make sure to register your card. It's really easy. Register now. 4. What are the other perks of being a Fin-Addict Rewards member? You learn about special promotions first! We like to reward our Fin-Addicts with exclusive offers, sweepstakes for special rewards and even double points from time to time. You never know what perk might be next as a valued Sharky's Fin-Addict. 5. It looks like 100 points were deducted from my card for no reason—why is that? Don't worry—your points have not been lost. We automatically convert your points into Sharky's Bucks each time you reach 100 points (100 points = $7 in Sharky's Bucks). Your Sharky's Bucks will be stored on your card for you to redeem toward any future purchase at participating Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill locations. 6. What happens if I forget my card--can I still get credit for that visit? Be sure to have the cashier look up your card number when you place your order. They can look up your card number under the phone number you registered to receive credit (so make sure your card is registered). 7. What happens if my card gets lost or stolen? If your card is registered, we'll be able to replace your card. Just email us by selecting the Fin-Addict comments tab on the Fin-Addict page or click here. If your lost card was not registered, we are unable to replace it, as we have no way to verify the issuance or remaining value. 8. Do I earn points on gift card purchases? Sorry, we don't award points on gift card purchases (but your friends will love you when they get their Sharky's gift card) 9. Can I use my Sharky's Bucks with other discounts and offers? You can only use one reward, discount or offer per visit (so Sharky's Bucks cannot be combined with other discounts or offers). 10. If I forget my card, can I still get credit for that visit As of July 1, 2011 our upgraded technology & security system will no longer allow credit for past visits. Remember to present your card or a valid phone number you registered your card under to the cashier when you make a purchase to receive credit. |
